All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor used by companies like Google and Amazon. We never store your credit card details on our servers. All data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
All subscription prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Drug prices displayed on the platform are also in CAD. Your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee if you are paying from outside Canada.

Plus is ideal for individuals who want an ad-free experience with price history, generic finder, and limited AI pharmacist access (5 chats per month). Pro is for power users and families - it includes unlimited AI chat, drug interaction checking, family profiles for up to 5 members, data export, SMS notifications, and tax receipt generation.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period and you will retain access to your current plan until then.
